Vichy Purete Thermale Calming Cleansing Solution

Let’s face it, we all have very busy lives. Sometimes when I come home from work, school, a night out etc. the ONLY thing I want to do is collapse onto my bed, and snuggle under the sheets. The very thought of removing my makeup, cleansing my face, applying a toner, moisturizer, eye cream and lip balm, just makes my eyelids feel heavier.

For nights like these, I break out my Vichy Purete thermale 3-in-1 Calming Cleansing Solution. It is one of the most effective gentle cleansers and is suitable for even the most sensitive skin! It lets me take of all my makeup (including heavy eye makeup) and go immediately to bed. It does not leave my skin feeling very tight, nor does it leave behind any oily residue. All I do, is soak some onto a cotton pad and gently wipe it over my face. It does not need to be rinsed off, so it’s perfect for a quick cleanse while you are in bed!

It uses micelle technology to help remove makeup and impurities. Without getting too technical, micelle technology helps substances that are not usually soluble in water, to become soluble in water. Thus, it is a gentler way of removing makeup than rubbing and scrubbing away at your face (your face is not a carpet).

I am so happy that I found this product, I have combination skin and I am very prone to acne. Thus cleansing is a must must must for me (as it should be for everyone). In my opinion, there is no point in spending outrageous amounts of money on makeup, if you can’t be bothered to cleanse your skin. The makeup will not be able to look its best, if the skin underneath it is in bad shape. So better than not removing your makeup at all, just spend two minutes, in bed, removing your makeup with this.
